Job Summary
This is a full time intern pharmacist position located in Munno Para and is for those starting out in community pharmacy. The function is to support the pharmacy staff in providing pharmaceutical care such as patient counselling, distribution of medicines and clinical services. The Provisional Pharmacist will work under the supervision of a Pharmacist and: contribute to the services of the Care Clinic; engage in educational activities; follow professional and statutory requirements; be responsible for continual learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
Support the pharmacy team in providing customers with high quality pharmaceutical care.
Learn practical skills in patient counselling, dispensing of medication and clinical services.
Work under the supervision of pharmacists to encourage safe and effective use of medicines.
Participate in professional learning and growth opportunities that support learning and development.
Provide for customers’ health requirements and support and participate in Care Clinic services.
Help uphold TerryWhite Chemmart’s standards, procedures, statutory obligations and professional requirements.

Contribute to overall performance and success of the pharmaceutical team.
Use communication that is straightforward and effective within a team setting.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Pharmacy or comparable certification.
Current provisional registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA (after clearing OPRA, for overseas pharmacists)
Intern Training Program Registration

Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic pharmacy team.
Strong desire to learn, grow and develop pharmacy skills.
Comfortable with various digital systems.

Salary Structure
