Job Description
Looking for compassionate and enthusiastic and highly skilled nurses to join our clinical team. You will be responsible for providing round the clock nursing care to patients, ensuring their well beings safety comfort and adhere to medical needs of them. The role includes working with other Doctors and Specialists to plan execute and monitor the patients. The candidate should possess excellent clinical knowledge and excellent communication skills the candidate should also have a great commitment towards the Patient-Centric care. Key Responsibility
One to one patient care alongside monitoring vital signs and symptoms and administration of medication
Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary personnel to implement patient care plans.
Maintaining accurate real time electronic health record and documentation
Assisting in Medical Diagnostics and surgical procedures as required.
Post Op care and medication management alongside Educating Patients and family.
Responding quickly and effectively to patients’ medical status and medical emergency
Following all nursing activity and comply with hospital protocol and safety standards.
Skills Required
Clinical Skills: IV insertion, basic life support and be proficient in wound dressing
Communication: Excellent Verbal, written communication skills for peer and patient interactions without confusion.
Observation: Keen eye for details to promptly identify subtle changes in patient conditions.
Adaptability: Ability to remain calm and perform under high pressure or emergency situations without fail.
Empathy: A patient first mindset focusing on all aspects of treatment like emotional support and compassionate care.
Qualification Required
Education: B.Sc. in Nursing, GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery), or an equivalent degree.
Registration: Valid and active Registration with relevant Nursing Council is mandatory for the candidate to possess.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical practise is required.
Eligibility: Must be willing to work in rotating shifts which may also include night and weekend
