 Job Summary 

This job is part of the QPPV Office team, which's in Global Patient Safety, based in Bangalore. As a PV Process Excellence Specialist you will help with the governance and improvement of pharmacovigilance processes. You will work closely with PV leaders to track changes in regulations help with being ready for inspections and manage training. The job helps turn rules into real compliant processes.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Help with the logistics of governance boards including agendas, scheduling, minutes and tracking actions.

  • Keep track of pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines and best practices in the industry.

  • Help improve the level of processes and be ready for inspections across pharmacovigilance standards.

  • Check that impact assessments are complete across the pharmacovigilance system.

  • Help make sure training is complete and on time within the pharmacovigilance system.

  • Make sure training records are always ready for inspections.

  • Take charge of documents in the PV Process Excellence team.

 Educational Qualification 

Bachelors degree in life sciences or pharmaceutical sciences.

 Skills Required 

  • At least 5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance.

  • Good experience in pharmacovigilance operations, quality systems, governance or QPPV Office tasks.

  • Preferred experience in PV intelligence, process governance or training.

  • Good knowledge of pharmacovigilance rules.

  • Ability to turn rules into real high quality work.

  • Strong planning and management skills for complex tasks.

  • Good communication and handling of people skills.

  • A team player with flexibility. A willingness to change.

  • Good in English both reading and speaking.

 Salary Structure
