Job Summary
This is a permanent, full time position based in CWH Botany NSW and is ideal for candidates who can deliver reliable customer service and assist the day to day operations of a pharmacy retail environment. The role involves customer service, refilling shelves, stock control, using the POS system to complete sales and creating displays for catalogue promotions. The position also demands precision, good communication skills, capacity to operate independently and in a team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with queries and deliver good service during their store visit.
Stock shelves and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Operate the point-of-sale system to serve consumers and process purchases appropriately.
Set up and maintain displays in relation to catalogue promotions.
Talk to consumers, coworkers and other stakeholders clearly.
Find out what the consumer needs, ask the right questions and work toward viable answers.
Continue to train and use help provided for professional development.
Educational Qualification
S2 and S3 pharmacy training.
Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy
For overseas pharmacists, you must complete UG/PG studies and hold state reg., pass OPRA exam and apply for provisional regn.
