 Job Summary  

This role sits within Medpace's growing Clinical Operations team, based in Navi Mumbai. As a Site Payments Processor, you will support the accuracy and timely processing of Investigator Grant payments to clinical trial sites. Your work will include tracking payment schedules, resolving payment queries, and maintaining clear financial records. The role plays a key part in keeping site relationships smooth throughout each study.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Process Investigator Grant payments to clinical trial sites accurately and on time.

  • Track payment schedules against site contract timelines.

  • Support the accounts payable process linked to site payments.

  • Respond to payment related queries from sites and internal teams.

  • Maintain clear, accurate records of payments and related documentation.

  • Support sponsor fund requests and invoicing processes when needed.

  • Coordinate with finance and clinical operations teams to resolve issues.

  • Support reporting on payment status and performance timelines.

  • Help maintain compliance with site contracts and internal finance policies.

  • Support budget and cost tracking activities tied to site payments.

 Educational Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field.

  • A high school diploma with at least 1 year of related finance or accounting experience is also accepted.

 Skills Required 

  • Experience in finance, accounts payable, treasury, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Good attention to detail while handling payment records and documentation.

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with sites and internal teams.

  • Ability to work independently and complete high quality work efficiently.
